I have searched and found the how-to's on the making of the MIL eliminators, but I can't seem to figure out exactly what type of the parts are needed. Like, what size capacitors and resistors are needed?

Does anyone have the Radio Shack parts list for these parts... Anyone?

Or can anybody make these for me for under $ 15.00 for the pair?
I have a '99 cougar V6, so I need 2.
