Has anyone considered talking to magazines about doing an article on Cougarfest? There are plenty of sport compact/domestic tuner magazines out there that might consider doing a piece on the fest. some editors even suggest that car clubs provide digital images and a blurb on the event and they will publish about it...

I figured with all the members we have someone might have a connection!

I'm not trying to... Just wondering if someone has considered or has the connections...

There have been a few people that have come to me saying they may have connections, and haven't gotten back to me yet. The CougarFest committee will be contacting various media anyway, and we expect some sort of Media coverage.

What i don't want is for people that don't have any connections whatsoever to contact vendors, media, hotels, dynos etc., because that could actually do more harm than good. We have a procedure for contacting said vendors, media, etc., and that will be followed for each.
