i've seen people doing this and talking about it, but i couldn't find any how-to's or anything to do this. Some people said use some cable ties or coat hanger, but i don't even know where the secondaries are and what opens and closes them...any pics would be very helpful too.

Honestly, I don't see any reason to keep them open all the time. All you're doing is hindering low-end torque for zero high-end gain.:shrug: But, if you want to try it, take off the little engine cover, and look under the throttle body. There's a little lever that pulls them open. It's easy to find. Then get a big zip tie, and attatch it to keep the lever puller back(open).
