Anyway, I'm looking to get some new rims / tires soon for my coug. I hate the ones on it now. They'll prolly be up for sale in the next month. Anyway, any suggestions on some light weight rims. I'm gonna weigh one of em soon cuz i'm wondering how much of a weight redux i could do. I'm still keeping the 17" but want something light weight and looks good on my coug. Pretty much 2 birds with one stone. Thanks guys.

Ive got Konig Traffik 17's which are 15.9lbs apiece. I have Pirelli P-7000's on them and the total is 37 lbs per wheel. Good luck finding different tire weights. Anyways even with my lightweight stock 15's I managed to save 3 pounds per wheel.

Centerline makes lightweight forged wheels. Although there are mixed feelings about them.

I went with Kosei K1 Racing in 17x7.5 at 16.7 lbs/wheel for autoX use. They're not the lightest wheels around, but they were reasonable cheap. The downside is I believe they've been discontinued.
