Creating a new topic for this issue after a previous was fixed.

Moderate rain has created a large pool of water behind the passenger seat in the well, the seat belts, when pulled out are damp, the engine lights and display work, engine wont ignite, continuously engaging start motor and not proceeding.

Vehicle was resting at a 15 degree angle or greater, 60 miles of range from the trip computer, less than a quarter tank of fuel, connection to broken moon roof, failed AC pump and or drain lines?

The culprit for water ingress is 95% of the time the drains on the sunroof. The rear drain lines dump down the B-pillar, but if they are backed up, the water will overflow the drip tray and douse the seat belt. Pretty surprising your headliner isn't soaked, too.

The no-start situation is unrelated to the water ingress, obviously. So you're saying the starter turn the engine as normal, but it does not start - just constant cranking?

Cabin air filter leaks all the time as well.
