Hey, I'm looking at getting a Cold Air Intake for my car. I looked on the web and it says that some are for 01-02 Cougars. I think that it shouldnt matter between 99-00 and 01-02 intake should it?

They are all the same. And any you find for the Ford Contour/Mercury Mystique will also fit with no problems.

If it's a cold air intake (short ram plus an extention) I'm VERY interested to see where you found this...

I'm so tired of all of these people, most notoriously retailers, who just spout off "cold-air intake" when really, what they are selling is nothing of the sort.
