i got a weaopn r v2 filter...first off...are they any good...secondly...how do install...i thought i had the answer then i saw all these electrical plugs going into my stock intake....what are those for and can i just leave them unpluged??? thanks in advance!!!

If you leave everything unplugged, you will at best get a Check Engine Light, and at worst, be undriveable.

The plug on the back side of the stock air box, next to the strut tower, is the IAT sensor (Intake Air Temp). You need to keep this plugged in, but don't NECESSARILY have to have it in the intake. If you can it's better, but at least suspend it near the filter.

The plugs on TOP of the accordion tube are for the MAF sensor (Mass Air Flow), and these have a HUGE effect on performance if you don't use these. The intake air MUST run through the MAF tube or your computer freaks out.

Installing ain't hard- check the how-to's at TeamNeco.com- they prolly have one...

get some one you know who knows a little about cars to do it
it sounds like you will have a hard time

and yo need the maf sensor on to start you car
