I have a Stock 2001 Cougar I-4 and it Came without the foglights, Im Just wondering how hard it would be to buy the factory Fogs from the dealership and install them and if anyone has a how-to or anything to that nature, any help would be appriciated

Step 1. plug in fog lights to harness where stock fogs go
Step 2. Screw fog lights into stock location
Step 3. change headlight switch to the switch with the fog light switch
Step 4. Turn on foglights

Thats all i did and they work fine

So the cars are actually prewired for the foglights, even if they don't originally have them?

Mind did. Just look behind the filler part when you remove it and you'll see a plug like whats in the headlights.

AWESOME!!!..I was hoping it was this easy! I saw the little plugs when I put the fogs in...Just checked the dealer..New switch is about 40 bucks..not bad, but I only spent 60 on the lights..hehe
