Hey guys, got a question. I'm going to buy a Flowmaster Super 44 for my 99 w/2.5 a week from today. I found a lot of good info to point me in the right direction as far as my choice for a replacement, but I can't find the size for the inlet/outlet. This is going on stock pipes, by the way. Is it 2.25 for both? And am I correct in looking for an offset-in/center-out? a part number would be helpful, too. Thanx in advance.

Stock pipes are 2" OD.

IIRC, "true" Borla kits were 2.25" OD.

Well, i got it done. I went with a Thrush Welded instead of the Super 44 and I'm pleased with the results. I also had the resonator replaced with 2.25 inch pipe. Here's a link to it on youtube.

Is it not hung properly? why is it on an angle...?
Honestly, I'm not sure. I watched the muffler guy as he put it on. It seemed that it was the only way he could get it to fit. Hell, as long as it's air tight and don't fall off, I'm happy. Besides, you can't even notice it unless it's on a rack. Trust me though; I'm not big on the ricer thing. :)
