Unless you have major mods (read supercharger, turbo, large nitrous shot or built 3L) the stock injectors provide more than enough fuel.

Yeah, no need to do all that. Even highly modified 3.0 SVT hybrid cars are using 19s.

If you do swap out your 17s, have fun cleaning the soot off your back bumper like TWICE DAILY...

Well, if you are going with a supercharger, then 24lb injectors is going to be plenty. As far as what else you would need, a custom chip..or chip that is set up for a SC Duratec. A calibrated MAFS also. But I would stick with 24lb injectors, there should be no need to go any larger.

Not if they're of the same fuel system type (return/returnless). The harnesses will match.

Everything since 2000 has been returnless.
