it is held in by torx screws, follow the steps below:

1) right under the rear seat about halfway (front to back) (remove 1 screw)

2) remove the plastic cover near the door (remove 2 screws)

3) remove 1 screw on the back (where the seat belt goes in) (deck lid area)

4) the rest is just clipped in, pull gently & it will come off

be aware when you put it all back to make sure you have the bottom seat belt piece in properly.

hope that helps.

If you remove the little black insert right by the door, you'll see two screws (phillips head). Take them out, then the rest of that panel is held in with clips. For the rear pillars, pull the cap down that's on the seatbelt head (it's hinged) and you'll see a huge ass torx (t50). Remove that, then slide the seatbelt out through the slit it goes through in the panel. The rest is just held in with clips.
