Hi,

I tried to do a search on painting the side mirrors but found no relevant results (but then again as a newbie maybe I'm searching rite =| ... sorrie ) ... would anyone please give me a clue in how should I go about pulling my side mirrors out and paint the black plastic part? any suggestions on what kind of paint?

There was a how-to about side mirror removal a couple of days ago... I think it's under Cosmetic - I'll take a look and get back to you.

a guy at work has a silver eclipse and it comes with gloss black mirrors, I think it looks really sharp.
