hey i know this has probably been posted a zillion times but i cant seem to find it anywhere...i have a cone shaped air filter but been looking everywhere to install it..i believe i need a flat shaped metal piece to install it but cant find it anyhwere..maybe im making no sense but i really want to try and put it on..thanks for any suggestions....

You need a MAF adapter if you're replacing the stock airbox. Otherwise, it's just a pipe clamp...

(consider keeping your vehicle stock if installing an intake boggles you)

This is a pic of a MAF adapter. It's the metal thingie in the pic. I have to agree with 01blkcat. It might not be a good idea for you to start modding yet til you're a little more familiar with the car and parts. Spend some time looking around and reading a lot. Use the search feature before you start asking questions in any of the performance forums or you'll get flamed.
