How to "clock spring" anybody?

i have no idea where the clock spring is at, other than its under the steering wheel. anybody has additional info?

What is a clock spring?
Only thing I can find online refers to time keeping devices.. and our clocks
are digital... So I'm lost.

Ok I found something.. has to do with the Airbag...? not sure what you'd do with it.

Its actually beind the steering wheel..I have to change mine as well..
I guess when it goes bad..your Airbag light will flash, you'll lose cruise control and your horn as well. I just haven't had the time to do it..there are a couple how to's on here. I 'll see if I can find them again..

HAha! This is histerical. I'm not poking fun, I just think it's funny.

The "clockspring" has nothing to do with a clock. It is called that because it looks like the spring winding of an old clock.

The clockspring is the flexible metal connections that allows electricity to be able to go to your steering wheel even though it can turn.

Since it's always moving, the connections can wear out. It is inside the steering column behind the wheel.
