If your car came with foglights (ie: you didn't buy the fog package later and install it) the manual will tell you what bulbs you need.
If you don't have the manual, or want to double check, you've gotta take the fog light assemblies out and open the case up just like if you were going to replace the bulb.
If you have H3s, the bulb will be a bulb + a metal clip around it, and will attach to the foglight assembly with a swing-style clip. The 893s are just the bulb (I'm not sure how they're fastened - probably just a push-in deal)
As far as I remember, only the 1999s have the 893s because they're pretty useless bulbs, so you should have H3s, Mike.
