How do I change fog light bulbs? Search failed!

there's that little "trap door" in the lower grille. open that, it will expose i believe, 1 screw, take that out, pull the housing out, pull the bulb out, replace it, repeat backwards

You can also take the splash guard off (7-8 screws), and you'll have direct access to both lights... I think you need to do this to access both sides, anyway.

I just did this.

Remove trap door. Remove one screw. Pull lamp housing out far enough to reach wiring harness. Unhook wiring harness (it's held on by a clip. so you may need a screwdriver). Remove foglamp assembly entirely. Pull rubber cover off the back of the housing. Unfasten spring-clip holding bulb assembly in. Take out the bulb, socket, and "pigtail" wire connecting to it. Unplug the wire pigtail and the whole bulb & wire piece comes out.

That's about it.

That's just on the 01-02's... the 99-00's are lucky enough to have two trap doors.
