my low pitched horn went and i bought new ones the only thing i have no idea where the horns are located

any pictures or help on replacing?

No pics but I know where its located...

If your talking about the one that sounds when you lock your car 2 times it is behind the passenger speaker in the back. (At least thats what i've been told). That is also where I hear it come from.

If I'm not mistaken the horns are mounted in the bumper somewhere.

the horns are on the very front corners of the car. if you stick your head under the bumper, you can see them, they are black. There is one on each corner...

yup, that's right. the horns are right behind the foglights of the 99-00 models. you'll see it when you take them out. can't help you if you have a 01+ though....
