I'd really like a response from someone who has used either of these in the past...

I just purchased new slotted/drilled rotors, mintex 1144 pads front, axxis pads rear, steel braided lines, and Motul RBF 600 fluid. The only thing I still need is Calipers. I just saw on SP that I can get a Bear 4-piston caliper/pad/ss line kit for only $459...

I have already spent a lot of money on ss lines and mintex pads for the OE calipers, in everyone's opinion, is it even worth spending the extra $459 for the calipers and different pads?

... If I already have Mintex 1144 pads and ss lines, I can't see the bear kit giving me that much better response to be worth the money! Please let me know, thanks!

There's no such thing. Baer's has two pistons and they sell big brake kits.

My stock calipers with Mintex 1144s have been more than enough braking for me.

Listen to Sonza he realy makes use of them on the auto cross track. If you just want to make them look better buy some caliper paint.
