I have a check engine light that is pulling two codes:

CAM Position Sensor - I replaced it with a new one and it keeps coming back.

Also I am getting EGR Flow Insufficient - what does this mean? I had the EGR Valve tested and it works fine, it hold pressure............

Any help? Does this car have two Cam Sensors like most cars? I checked all over and can't find it, there is a silver plate on the back of the engine under the EGR valve, surely they couldn't have put it back there........the code says Bank 1.

I get those codes frequently on my 99. Here's what they have meant for me:

There's not much to do with the CPS other than replace it. It surprised me when the same DTC came back a few months later, but replacing the sensor yet again did the trick. Sometimes you get a bad sensor from the parts store. Somebody could have cleaned off a sensor that went bad and returned it for credit, leaving you paying good money for a bad part. :(

The EGR code could mean that the valve is stuck. You already tested for that, so next verify that the DPFE hoses are both connected. Mine keep popping off, so I will be clamping them on soon.
