I am relocating the battery to the trunk. I already have 1/0 gauge wire run from the engine bay to the trunk that I was using for my amp. I think I understand everything else involved and know what accessories I need in order to do this, but my question lies with the stock battery terminals. Do I just connect the wire from the battery in the trunk to the terminals in the engine bay? Then what?, how do I secure them, so that the power wire isn't dangling around and getting grounding?

Thanks

I just coupled mine together with a stinger distribution box. I had a few cables connected to the positive terminal on the battery, so I put all of them in one side of the box - and ran a 0 gauge wire out of the other side. Then run the cable to the back of the car and you are good to go. I just zip tied the cable out of the way inside the engine bay. It works fine and doesn't interefere with anything.
