i i got a 2k cougar and its got 65k on it right know i was thanking a bout geting a new motor 4 it with more power im thanking a want a 2.5 i was wondering were i could fine some new motors for that car, what are some on line sits to look thanks.

He said he wants a 2.5L. Maybe you can go with the Contour SVT motor. Its a 2.5L and a direct replacement. Make sure you get the wiring harness and computer with it though. You can search www.Car-part.com They sell used parts for (sometimes) decent prices.

You do have a V6 already right? Cause if you only have a 4 cylinder it's a lot of work to replace with a V6 if I recall correctly.
