Ok when i turn on the heater or that ac on to 1,2or3 it dosnt work but when i turn it onto 4 it works fine.
It isnt somthing i am going to take to the shop to have fixed but it kind of pisses me off. Any ideas.

You need a blower resistor. Go to your dealer, it's a $9 part. Look in your passenger side foot well, up against the firewall. You'll see a white plastic plate, screwed into the ducting under there. Pull it out, swap the resistor's, and replace...good as new. It's one of the few parts that's actually fairly reasonable from the dealer.
