I wanna recover my headliner, whats a good way to do it, I was going to use spray glue, good idea or no? what type of fabric should I use, I want it to be red. Thanks
i would use vinyl and 3m makes this really good spray on glue. i did the headliner in the neon i used to have and it worked great. im not sure how it would look with any other fabric, im not sure if the glue would soak through thats why i say use vinyl, its thicker.
and get the lightest material you can find. i know people that have recovered theirs, and used too heavy of material, and it stated to sag in the middle. the glue couldnt hold.
before you recover the headliner think about what yoi want to do with the visors. Do you want to keep the mirrors? do you want to keep the light? Do you want to keep the mirror covers over the mirrors? Deleting the mirrors is easy, keeping just the mirrors is easy, the mirror covers is tricky
