I tried this i followed the diagram from the Audi that was provided in the how to section but nothing happened They never turned on except for when I put on the turn signal.

I soldered (and used butt connectors ) 2 10 ohm/10 watt resistors to a 22 gauge wire then I spliced the sidemarker wire and hoooked it up to to parking lights using Wire taps and nothing happend.

What did I do wrong why didn't this work ?

Has anyone done this to their coug?

I know a few people have... but I can't remember who offhand. Is the voltage at the light a different polarity on European vehicles than domestics? If so, that might be your answer to your question. If you use search you should find it.
