i heard there are alot of governors on our cougz, how many are there, what r they for, and how do i get rid of them, thnx

They are there for your protection. Rev limiter, and speed limiter. Rev limiter, so you don't blow up your engine. Speed limiter, so you don't blow up your tires.

You can get rid of them with aftermarket computer chips.
