yes with hunting season upon us deer are really on the move.

i live kinda in BFE. if you go left out of my neighbor hood there is the city if you you turn right you hit nothing but corn fields. so we get alot of deer around here. i have a couple 2 close 2 call hits tonight.

my question is are those little "horns" i guess you would call them, (i forget the name of them my friend has them on his navigator)do they work on scaring deer away when you drive like they are supose to? there powered by air and only deer can hear them (humans cannot) you put them behind your front grille or infront of it.

I'm a long haul truck driver, so I'm on the road alot (13 hours a day). I see tons of animals every day. I've never used them thingies before on any of my trucks, but you see alot of trucks with them on. If they work, who knows. The sound of my turbos usually scare the animals away, and if that doesn't do it, I've got a big-ass air horn

Im interested to know if they work, seeing as how I hit a deer last october. There are pictures somewhere on the boards of my car :(.. And also, a deer ran into my friends truck. YES, the deer ran into his truck, there is a big dent in the back side (where the bed is of the truck)....

If you do have them, where are they mounted at?

Thanks!!!!!
