is it fine to put the jacks under neath the Rear Axles? and on the front where is a good spot?

If you look under the car right by the little lip on the bottom near the side edge, there is an arrow that shows the correct jack points.

Putting the jackstands under the rear suspension will cause it to become damaged. A few people have had their cars broken at shops because of this from bent control arms (or something similar). Use the jackstands in the points noted in the instruction manual!

not a good angle, but it's right on the frame...just before it bends upward and in towards the chassis
