OK....I was told that with Ground Controls these rims will infact fit. Does anyone have 8" wide rims that could provide me with some reassurance?? Just double checking they fit b/c I will need custom drilling and the manufacturer wont want them back like that and I will be out a SH!TLOAD of $$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =)

18x8 with 225 will fit with lil rubbing on hard cornering if and only if the offset is in the 40-42 mm range. I wouldn't do it but I didn't wanna take the chance and just got 17s
