If you're going to change your password or update your email address MAKE SURE IT'S SPELLED CORRECTLY OR STILL ACTIVE!
Whenever you change your password it sends it logs you out & sends the password to your registered email account. If the account is no longer active, or misspelt or blocked for whatever reason, then it gets bounced back.
