Fuel tank pressure sensor

I'm trying to check the readings of fuel tank pressure sensor to see if it is working. Where can I access the wires without dropping the fuel tank and what readings should a functioning sensor show?

The wiring manual shows a fuel rail pressure transducer B225 and a fuel tank pressure transducer B113. Are any of these the fuel tank pressure sensors listed in 303-13-2 of the workshop manual?

I think the pressure sensor was only used on the early 99 return-style Cougar - assuming that's what you're dealing with.

I believe that's what's shown here in the bottom right:

Probably have to drop the tank to remove that thing. That's on the front edge of the fuel tank, near the fuel pump.

The late-99+ cars changed and this sensor is not in those cars.

Here are the 2 different fuel tanks side by side; early 99 on the bottom, everything else on the top:

My model year 2000 shop manual seems to think it still has the pressure sensor, maybe it was removed only after 2000 for the 2001 revamp? Going to go find some new tank straps and just drop the tank anyway since I have to for the leak so it doesn't makes sense to go looking for the sensor wires else where, thanks anyway.
