Hey guys. I'm going to be letting go of the Cougar. If anyone is interested, or knows anyone that may be interested, let me know. I rarely drive it anymore. It's still a fun car, but I guess I just lost whatever it was I used to have with it.

2002 35th Anniversary. 130k. Auto

Motor
3.0L (prepped by 3L Duratec , iirc 2004 motor w/ app 30k) w/ SVT upper manifold, optimized lower SVT manifold & honed SVT Throttle Body. 24# injectors. Tuned w/ SCT x3 on 93 Octane (tuner included)
MSDS exhaust & Y. Trubendz HiFlow Cat. Custom Trubendz 2.5" piping with dual True Borla resonators. Cold Air Intake w/ AEM dry flow filter. Ford GT high flow fuel pump.
-will include Zeitronix data logging system w/ wideband o2 sensor if interested for further tuning (it wasn't cheap so I may take it with me unless interested)

Suspension
Koni adjustable struts. OEM springs. BAT rear sway bar w/ reinforced mounts. Poly sway bar bushings. Moog front endlinks. "Adjustable" rear sway endlinks. Jaged rear strut bar.

Audio
& KX350.4 Amp powering Kicker KS68 (6x8) in rear and KS625 (6.25") in front with crossovers.
Kicker KX750.1 (will include Kicker Solobaric 10" L5 if interested)
OEM six disc.

Brakes
Centric brand smooth rotors (front & back) with EBC Red Stuff Ceramic pads. Braided stainless steel brake lines.

Tires
Continental Extreme Contact DWS 225/45/17. No more then 10k miles on rubber.

Cosmetic
Clear corners
35% tint by Quality Window Tint. Columbus, OH
Will include No-Show license plate bracket if front plate is needed (not currently installed)

Other maintenance items
-Battery replaced with Duralast Gold a year ago
-Alternator replaced with lifetime warranty Duralast Gold roughly around the same time as 3L (2011 I believe). It's been rock solid.
-Brakes were also replaced in 2011 w/ stainless lines installed. No more then 10k miles on them.

That's all I can think of at the moment, I'm sure I'm missing some things. I'd rather try to go through this channel first rather then deal with possible shady characters joy ride in the thing. I would like to start here first, since I'd love it to have a loving home, but that's out of my control. It's been a great car but it's time to let go. I put a ton of work into this vehicle. No half assing. I feel many people here could back me up on this. Car starts/runs/drives just fine. Still gets looks when I do drive it. It's also quite quick!

Any questions let me know. Want more pics, let me know. Not sure what a 3L Cougar is going for.

$2,950 obo

I haven't really pursued selling it much. I was hoping someone on here would snag it. I could possibly deliver it to fest if someone were to buy it in hopes it would continue to be taken care of. Throw me an offer. If not it's getting a 'For Sale' sign thrown on it locally.

Re: It's time.

I will get pictures this weekend, it looks the same, just needs a bath.

Thanks Mark. I will miss it I'm sure but it just doesn't fit at this point in my life and there is no where for me to truly store it. I feel it would be better off making another driver very happy.

Tires are Continental Extreme Contact DSW 225/45/17 (Ultra High Performance All Season). I love these tires. Maybe 10k miles on the tires at most. Will update above. I have all the receipts for this. Not sure if the tire warranty transfers with the vehicle.

Re: It's time.

Got a quick wash in on a balmy December day.

I have interior pictures somewhere.

The car also has a full size spare if interested. 35th rims are not cheap nor are they easy to find. Bought an XN wheel and had it reconditioned (straightened and refinished).

If I only had a place to keep it :(

I could probably bury the financial transaction, but hard to hide the car itself. Good luck with the sale, Chris.
