Good day folks. My front seats look like hell. Does anyone have any ideas of how to best update the front bucket seats while keeping them looking original? I put a thread in the looking to buy portion and no response. I need help. Thanks so much

There's no aftermarket kits that I know of for redoing the upholstery like katskinz or anything like that. Used seats or making your own skins would be about the only options without taking them to an upholstery shop.

I didnt see our car listed on their site when I did the honda last year. Maybe call them and see if they still can make them?

I think there's a junkyard car in RI right now, If I get a chance I'm hoping to go pick it soon, I'll take a look at the seats for you.
I pass through your area pretty frequently so it wouldn't be hard for me to manage delivering them for you, but you may or may not have to spring for a trailer rental.

What seats do you currently have and am I right in thinking you're rears don't need to be replaced as long as they match?

I have a set of black Zn leathers in my basement, front and rear, full power driver's. I was hanging onto them just in case, but I'm never going to put those back in the car. They are not in amazing shape - the yellow embroidery cougar head emblems have all disintegrated, and the driver's side bolster is collapsed - but they are clean, everything works, and there are no tears or holes. They are not equipped with side airbags.

So if anybody wants to pick these up in Ohio, I'll let them go. ZERO interest in trying to package them up to ship, and try to transport them to a facility in my MINI Cooper though. So pick up is it.

I saw that car this weekend. The seats are garbage, sorry.

You could take them to a reupholstery shop. I had that done years ago on my '86 Escort and they were even able to match the original fabric. It looked perfect. Unfortunately the car was totalled a few months later.

But even if they can't match the original fabric, surely they could come up with something that looks good.

Good day folks. Thanks so much for your great responses. I'll keep looking but as of now, I looked into some seat covers that look like sheepskin but would rather have the gray leather upholstery. Upholstery shops around here aren't that cheap unless I go into the Bronx where I know I could find a location. Thanks again and wish me luck. Thanks mmc757 for looking, very appreciated.
