Has anyone checked this car out yet...VERY NICE....for a GM product that is. They are guessing around 6 sec 0-60.

Actually it shjould be quicker then that. My GF has been researching this car for over 2 months and will be pre-ordering one as soon as GM allows. Plus she gets the GM discount (father), Loyalty, and good student discount. Howvere I forget what the price tag is projected at.



If she gets it/when she gets it my good friend runs a saturn performance shop/site. He's stated he'll sponsor it and develop some go fast goodies and most likely the first thing would be a higher boost super charger pulley.

Only thing that sucks is that she'll be able to severly spank me :banghead:

its still a saturn no matter how fast it is just like the srt-4 they still look like crap. and the interior is the worst. check out car and driver they said it was horrible inside. save your money. just my opinion

already checked out the interior and I can honestly say that I like the middle guage cluster. It's original. And yes B\C it is a Saturn I'd want one. They have a good reliability record and great when it comes to service and warrenty claims. Also your comparison of the SRT-4 and Saturn Ion Redline is kinda out of whack. The Neon has proven to be crap over many years. The ion has so far been wonderful (check out they're forums) no issues small or large that seem to be previlent. Also with GM REALLY backing those Ecotec engines I'd expect alot of goodies to be available from them and still covered under warrenty. WOOHOO!!
