What how-to or process did you follow? Also, that is the SVT UIM right? It looks great in gloss black.

wow that's nice. I wish mine came out that nice when I painted it. I did a half-assed job and the paint started chipping away really fast. Oh well I got the SVT UIM now so I'm happy. Maybe I'll paint it when it gets warmer out.

thanks for the compliments:banana: i used duplicolor engine enamel in gloss black, and also duplicolor high temp primer. I didnt really follow any how to's, i cleaned it off w/ a brillo pad, then primered it and did a lot of wet sanding, then primered it again and sanded with really fine grit sand paper, it took a lot of patience and about 5 hours of fine sanding to get it where i wanted.:thumbsup:

by the way, yes it is an svt uim, so it was already fairly smooth to begin with
