I was thinking of getting an MTX ecu because I swaped my tranny, would I also have to wire up the manual wiring harness, considering the tranny connector, and the clutch sensor. Also would i have to get a MTX MAF too? Could I just have the ATX computer reflashed to accept there is no ATX?

All you have to do is jumper the park/nuetral safety switch.
