Ok its done and out now... for anyone who need help in the future!
1. Open the engine bay and locate the the "power steering fluid" and pull it up and out. Gotta tilt it up on oneside so the safty latches will release. Then it comes out easy like.
2. Push it out of the way.
3. Unbolt the ecu, the big plug looking thingy (only one 10mm bolt).
4. Go under the glove box and find the silver case, unbolt the holding clamp.
5. pull it down and out.
I had to have a manly italian friend of mine hold the ecu when repositioning it. When sliding it back up make sure the shiny silvery looking plate is facing down.
easy as getting a girl into bed!
