Does anyone know how to disconnect the speedo (clock) - do you have pictures

Disconnect meaning remove? Haven't done that, but I could take a picture of me taking out the fuse if you want the easy way!

I assume that you are referring to the ability for you to disconnect the entire gauge pod so you can work on it? to do that you just have to take apart the dash and remove the 5 torque screws so you can lift the gauge pod forward... flip it carefully to the side and undo the 2 clips... there are tiny pressure points on the clips that you need to depress - once you have those in the arms lift up and over those plugs....

if you were referring to dismantling your speedo counter thats illegal and you can get in lots of trouble for that cuz there is an internal counter inside your engine as well and you will still get caught on a lease or a sale transaction.... shame on anyone that would even think about it

I've heard otherwise. I've heard there is a counter in the engine and transmission...
