how would I go about makeing raised up designs under like my door panel cloth or my headliner. I see people all the time with like 3d type designs wether it be a cougar head or flames or somthing. just wondering how they get it like that.

depends if you want it cushy or not...

some use wood,
some use styrofoam,
some use batton wraped wood.

styrofoam dents if you hit it..
wood is hard ..(obviously) but easy to shape , as is stryofoam

batton wrapped wood is a bit more tricky but guves you the stabilty of wood and the softness of cooton to the touch..

and to secure the fabric to it you just use that spray. but doesn't the fabric wrinkle. and how think of a peice of wood would I use.

the thickness of the wood all depends on how much you want your design to stick out
