Today I recieved the partial AG Battle kit I ordered from CC. I open the box, and find that I was shipped a Battle front bumper, as opposed to the rear that I had ordered. I give James a call as soon as I notice, he calls Wayson's warehouse to confirm the misship, and has a Battle rear on its way to me already. I was very impressed with the speedy resolution of an issue that wasn't even his bad, so hat's off to James, that's exactly what the Cougar community needs so keep up the good work.
