For some reason the intake sits too high and hits the hood on my car. Does anyone else have this same setup (preditor hood and cta intake)? If so could you post some pics and possibly some helpful info.

I believe thats the problem even with the stock hood. However there was a post about a remedy here not too long ago..take a look through the posts fro mthe last week...

it's a common problem with all cta intakes...what i did was just play with the intake...movin it around until it no longer hit the hood...though occasionally it did rub against it...i also have an ugly car....soooo...might wanna buy somethin to put on the area where it hits

my cta doesnt hit my hood i have a stock hood at first we thought it did but we put it on wrong soo we messed with it and now it fits perfect.

do you have a picture or yours?
