This is wierd. I noticed that after I installed my remote car starter that both my cruise control and my horn quit working.

If I completely disconnect the remote starter, it still doesn't work. The really odd thing, is that when the ignition is off, the horn works. It also works with the remote starter.

Any Ideas? I already checked the fuses and relays and they are all fine.

I did the diagnostic in my Factory Shop Manual and it told me to repair a circuit (91-?????), any one know where I can look to find out what this circuit code means?

Ok, I fixed the problem. It was the ground wire on the horn harness. I tapped into the wire and grounded to the chassis and everything works now.
