1) Can the baffled v6 oil pan (cc one) work on an 02 sable 3.0 block?

2) Do we really need to upgrade the axles? I was thinking DSS stage 2, but won't spend the money if I don't need to.

3) 3.0 heads, 2.5L svt heads, 3.0 cams, 2.5L svt cams, pnp... what combination?

4) ARP head studs, useful or worthless use of an exta $150

5) Given the answer to #3, what timing system do I use?

6) I know directions come with it, but can anyone walk me through an installing of the accusump? We are not buying CC ones, we are getting ones from accusump.biz.

7) Does anyone have a how-to or write up on replacing the shift forks, installing a clutch and flywheel, and installing a torsen lsd?

1) yah
2) if you wanna make hard launches on sticky tires.
3) you'll get a different answer from everyone
4) i guess the arp studs are reusable, so if you're planning on making like a zillion head swaps you wont need to buy new head studs each time..
5) depends on the cams you use
6) i dont know :(
7) terry haines knows how to do it. :)

Yep

2) Do we really need to upgrade the axles? I was thinking DSS stage 2, but won't spend the money if I don't need to.
With a 3L NA I would say NO

3) 3.0 heads, 2.5L svt heads, 3.0 cams, 2.5L svt cams, pnp... what combination?
My preferance would be 3L oval ports with SVT cams and ALL the wider chain hardware from your 2.5L (tensioner, ets etc)

4) ARP head studs, useful or worthless use of an exta $150
I would say NO on a 3L NA application, 400+ hp then YES

5) Given the answer to #3, what timing system do I use?
depends on cams 2.5L SVT use all 2.5L hardware, 3L cams use all 3L hardware.
