I've spoken with Jason and Andy, and I am working out the final details/contract with the host hotel. We should have our own reservations page up possibly as soon as next week. It looks like we will have an initial block of 10 rooms, 5 doubles, and 5 king bed rooms, all at a rate of $123/night which doesn't include breakfast. If there is availability and we need more rooms, we can always increase our block.

The host hotel is the DoubleTree by Hilton, located in Cranberry Twp., PA. Here is their website: Doubletree Cranberry PA Hotel near Mars

This hotel is really nice, and located very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. There is a super large parking lot, with plenty of parking far away from the hotel for us rowdy folks! There is also a beer store within walking distance.

Most of us arrive on Thursday night or Friday morning. But you should split a room with some other attendees. It's common practice to have 2-3 to a room

Book for check-in Thursday, check-out Sunday if you don't want to miss any shenanigans.

I would also wait to book till we get a group code, as that'll save us some money.

all righty people. I know there hasnt been a lot of talk about this so far, and i apologize for that. Time is getting close on this, we have a logo in the works. If you are going to to get this booked up. It may not be the Cougar extravaganza that it once was, but it is still a great hang with friends and cars. We had a lot of excitement last year, thanks to my car breaking, so its somebody elses turn this year

Yes folks, I'll have to check, but I think the deadline to reserve rooms is the end of this month. I am going to be checking with Andy on the logo, and starting to really work hard over the next few weeks to get things in place for this.

I'll be posting a listing of activities in and around Pittsburgh, and a tentative agenda which will include a group meal/car show/autocross/parking lot fun/etc.

Hotel room block is only being held until June 30th. So if you plan to attend, please make your reservations soon.
