I'm not going to argue with Andy on that one, particularly when a Roush kit is involved.

It takes a Roush kit to make a 99/00 look as good as an 01/02 ow:

When I owned a 99 for a short time, I had vague thoughts of trying to replicate the look of the '67 grill inside the lower section of the 99 bumper. I think it would be cool, but thats sort of a "long, cold winter" project for when you dont have much else going on.
