Complete walk through on shifter
Today I replaced my factory shifter finally, here is what we did:
Ok first pop the little console part off. Then you have to disconnect the O/D you do this by cutting the O/D wires. Then you just simply pull the shifter off (after taking the screw out of course). Then you have to use the base part of the old shifter with MAtrix shift knobs. We took the console part completely off and drilled a hole in the top left corner for the O/D. We took the O/D button along with wires and glued it into the hole. We then cremped the wires back together and replaced the console. It was quite easy, but it took us about maybe 20 min to do. Ill post pics shortly.
