From my experience:

Alternator will die.
Sunroof will break.
Car will shake at speed - just balance the wheels.
Low coolant light will come on when parked on an incline - don't park on an incline. (Ford doesn't want you to do that.)

I also have the 1-2 bang shift problem with the ATX that I need to fix.

As said in previous posts just search and you will find the solutions.
