I just resurfaced my headliner in a nice black vinyl. Unfortunatly in the process there was some overspray as well as some of the spray adhesive came through the perforated vinyl. The adhesive is dry now. Any ideas on how to remove it without damaging the new vinyl?

This answer might shock you.

Do you happen to have a keyboard duster? If you have a keyboard duster tilt it to such an angle that the air comes out so cold that it freezes anything on contact. Make sure than you don't spray it onto your skin or anything else that's affected by EXTREME cold. Also have hand something that you can chip off the little bigs of glue. I don't know how large these bits are so you'll have to check it on a very very small area so you don't inflict any more damage.

This is contray to what you will read as the warnings on the lable and is only a suggestion.

If in doubt do not attempt it. Use common sense. Don't try this at home. Park at your own risk.
