You need just the cushioned armrest? Check out FordPartsOnline.com -- they will have it, but you'll need to rig something up if you didn't get the center console with armrest in the first place.

You can get one from any Mercury dealer. I bought one back in August of 2000 for mine. It comes with a bracket and mounting hardware to support it. It flips up to allow access to the square hole and cup holder, and the top opens up to allow for storage of small items. I've got a picture of it somewhere.

i'm forming a hypothesis that you have a 99 because the later come with armrests.

I have a 2002 WITHOUT an armrest.......:shrug:

There is just an opening to put stuff in, like cd's. I think it is the same as the ones with the arm rest just with out the arm rest top, its just the bottom compartment. So whats the conclusion, I have to spend $150 for comfort. Anyone want to trade me theres?

i was reading so posts earlier i read that the armrest was only 67.77 not 150

I called up a dealar and they quoted me 130 but im not sure what that includes. I think it is just the arm rest. I had them fax me over a skematic and it appears that it is a whole different center console. I may just go see if I can custom make some kind of make shift arm rest.
