This is freak'n annoying. After I drive for some time (like about 20 minutes) my CD stops playing and the stock stereo displays "NO CD DETECTED" or "CD ERROR". I assume this is because the CD changer is bouncing around in the back or something and just gets all messed up or something and doesn't read it. If anyone had had this problem or knows what to do, it would be great if someone could help me. Thanks again.

If you're referring to the CD changer in the trunk, good luck, if it's messed-up you're better off picking-up a used one off someone here on the boards (price range anywhere from $75-150 ballpark). Ford wants an arm and a leg to even look at it, and one of the local stereo shops that I went to wouldn't even consider looking at stock stuff to fix. I had a similar prob, although my CD's wouldn't play at all or come out for that matter. Good luck w/ it!
