I was just wondering if there was a how to or guide for the pulling / swapping cams?

Theres a pretty good how-to on the Ford CD. Otherwise its pretty straight forward. Start on the top with the intake manifolds to the valve covers and so on....

I looked over that, I geuss it doesn't seem to bad, I don't have a ford CD though. I printed the 2.5L build guide which may help some, but since it's a 3L I'm sure there will be some differences.

Not really... Once you get the timing cover off, its pretty much all the same.

Just make sure you use SVt timing equipment with SVt cams, or 3L timing equip. with 3L cams... you can't mix them up...

I haven't decided yet actually. It depends on what everything else ends up costing, I might just leave them stock, though I really don't want to.
